KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC)  STANDARDS ARE APPLICABLE BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY TO OVERSEE FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES AND ALERT THE CUSTOMERS OF ANY ILLEGAL ACTIONS 

• Each User declares and acknowledges that she/he is legally allowed to contract and to subscribe to the Services and his or her commitment does not require a handwritten or electronic signature.

• Website access is free for any User with internet access and any cost related for website, whether hardware, software, or internet access cost, are exclusively at the User’s expense

• NFTwadi cannot be held responsible for the proper functioning of the User’s computer equipment and her/his access to internet.

• The Website is accessible 24x7 except during maintenance upgrades.

• Due to the nature and the complexity of the internet network, NFTwadi makes its best efforts for ensuring optimum technical performance and response

• NFTwadi reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporally close the Website or limit access to one or more Service for activities including but not limited to updates, maintenance operations, modifications or changes to operational methods, servers and hours of accessibility.

• NFTwadi reserves right to delete or modify the website and related services

• Access to the Website does not require a user Account. Any User can thus visit the Marketplace without creating a User Account.

• A User Account is a necessary step to buy and sell or make any offer to purchase a NFT open to sale.

• Any User can create a User Account on the Website by providing the address of her/his Wallet or creating a Wallet via a third-party platform selected by Providing her/his username, a valid e-mail address

• The User is solely responsible for securing her/his own data and take the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of her/his credentials.

• The deletion of a user Account, automatically and irreversibly leads to the deletion of all its data.

NFT Creators and sellers

By using nftwadi.com , you are authorizing  nftwadi worldwide licenses to:

• Use the artwork in your NFT Creation for minting, displaying and selling your NFT Creations

• Use your name and image for marketing or promotional purposes

• Use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and otherwise transmit images from your NFT Creations for marketing or promotional purposes

• Use your biography and other public information about you to promote your NFT Creations.

As an NFT Creator or seller, you understand and agree to the following terms

• The accuracy and content of your NFT Creations is solely your responsibility and nftwadi will not take responsibility of the same

• Any NFT Creation that violates any of our policies or is illegal, nefarious or illicit in nature will be reviewed by nftwadi and may be  deleted by nftwadi, in its sole discretion

• No user is allowed to  use the artwork incorporated into your NFT Creations for the creation of additional non-fungible tokens;

• You will respect the intellectual property of others

NFT Sales 

• By placing a bid or an order at nftwadi , you agree that you are submitting a binding offer to purchase such an NFT  

• Your order is accepted and confirmed once purchase is complete with a confirmation page.

• No refunds or returns are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

• All intellectual properties including but not limited to  trademarks, logos, images  including nftwadi logos and images are property of their respective owners and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the permission of the owner.

• NFT Creators may choose to provide certain rights to holders or buyers of their NFTs, which may include, but is not limited to,reselling, physical items, special access, or other exclusive content 

• The price and liquidity of digital assets, including NFTs, are extremely volatile and may be subject to large fluctuations

• Any Legislative or  regulatory changes or actions at government levels  or  international levels may adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange, and value of NFTs

• NFTs are not legal tender and are not backed by the government

• Transactions in NFTs may be irreversible, and, accordingly, losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable and nftwadi will not be held responsible for any such events 

• Some transactions in NFTs shall be deemed to be made when recorded on a public ledger, which is not necessarily the date or time that you initiated the transaction

• The value of NFTs may be derived from the continued willingness of market participants to exchange fiat currency or digital assets for NFTs, which may result in the potential for permanent and total loss of value of a particular NFT should the market for that NFT disappear

USER TERMS 

Minting an NFT

• I agree to the terms and conditions laid by nftwadi with reference to the scope of using nftwadi.com, buying or selling NFTs in the platform and any other terms as mentioned in the website

• I hereby confirm that the image or properties used for minting the NFT is free of copyright claims and trademarks and any legal concern or query with related to the image, content or any property used for minting NFT will be my sole responsibility

• I hereby agree to abide by the intellectual property terms and rules as mentioned in nftwadi and digital asset regulations imposed by the federal, state or international agencies 

Before Selling an NFT / Listing an NFT 

• I hereby declare that I am the sole owner of this NFT and  nftwadi is not legally liable for any claims for NFTs listed , image, content or any property used

• The buyer is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive,transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the NFT Media for such purchased NFT, solely for the following purposes: (a) for the buyer's own personal use; (b) resell at any platform including nftwadi

Warnings

• Participating in the Sale is a risky operation and is suggested for experienced purchasers who are used to blockchain technology and NFTs.We have tried to make the platform user friendly to the optimum. However , your activity within and related to nftwadi.com is at your own risks

• The purchase of NFTs can be affected by economic risks, including but not limited to partial or total loss of value. 

• Technological risks including but not limited to security error or failure allowing and/or resulting in hacking and stealing of Purchaser and/or Website data; stealing or loss of the Purchaser external wallet private key or his access to the Website; risks associated with blockchains protocol and lack of transparency in NFTs industry and marketplace may happen and the user should be aware of the same .We,at  nftwadi have optimized security protocols  but cannot be held responsible for any breaches or hacks or stealing  loss of data 

• Legal risks. You understand that the NFTs’purchase can be affected by legal risks, including but not limited to the lack of regulation and the subsequent lack of any guarantees associated with NFTs sale and exchange services.

• Nftwadi will not be held responsible for any damage related to the risks mentioned above. By accepting this Contract, You acknowledge having read and understood the Warnings.
